Refund Policy

Students have up to 7 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund, as long as the course has not been started, no exam has been taken, and no certificate has been issued.

If a course does not meet the minimum requirement of three (3) participants, students will be contacted and given the option to:

  1. Transfer into another course at a later date, or

  2. Receive a full refund.

All refund requests must be submitted by email to instructoreddiecruz@gmail.com and must include the student’s name, course title, and order number. Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method.

By enrolling, the student agrees to this Refund Policy.
